We’ve been renting from WACP for about 5 years now. Renee and Candy are great and have always been really understanding when life gets in the way or we need maintenance service at our house. Overall I think walkabout Creek is one of the most ethical property management companies in Springfield I was a tenant of hickman apps. And it had its share of issues but walkabout creek handled them well. They were reasonable on deposits, and were prompt with fixes from their maintenance man Bob.
